+ You will probably lose weight rapidly your first few weeks before you plateau (this has been true for me)
- Your legs/body hurt like no other after the “return” or first workout (this is my life right now and my legs just ache especially my quads - it’s like the feeling you get when you do wall squats for too long)
+ You feel better - metabolism is up and you generally have more engergy
- You feel bad because you run way slower than you’re used to and it’s harder for you to do things that were easy before
+ You drink more water - at least I find that I do b/c it makes me feel less horrible when I’m running long distances when I’m chugging water
- Sometimes it feels like it will be FOREVER until you see results. I know it’s ridiculous, but today I was kind of like sooo scale, have I lost 15 pounds yet? No? WTF?
+ It can only get better from here. No workout after this one will be quite as bad.
