You guys… this recipe is the bomb.
I will probably eat it every single day for lunch this week because it was that good. I was super lazy today so instead of preparing the chicken breast myself, I just bought canned chicken breast (I know… blasphemy, but I wasn’t about to turn on the oven in this weather just to make this). I used one can of chicken breast meat (the big can not the tuna sized one) and halved the recipe so… 1/8th cup of sour cream, mayo, apricot etc… instead of 1/4.
Turned out AHHHMAZING.
Can’t recommend it enough.
