Feeling encouraged by littlelaur’s post not too long ago about attempting poached eggs at home, I decided to try myself for breakfast this morning.
The first poached egg did not go so well. I didn’t leave it in the pot long enough so the whites were still runny when I took it out.
The second one worked beautifully. It came out perfect! It was so delicious and so easy to do!
My first attempt, I added vinegar and my second attempt I just used plain water. It didn’t seem to make a difference either way to be completely honest.
Now that I have mastered the art of poached eggs, I’m going to look forward to breakfast every weekend.
