J.Crew return policy

Does anyone know anything about J.Crew’s return policy? I have to return a bridesmaids dress and I don’t have the receipt because the bride’s mother purchased all the dresses and we just wrote her checks. 

Is there anyway I could return this unworn dress with all the tags still on it to the store without a receipt?

  2. chiconthecheap said: Hmm, I’ve returned bridesmaid dresses but only with the receipt. I’d be inclined to say they’ll let you return it but only for store credit.
