Because it’s Superbowl Sunday and sacrilegious to not have dip as part of your spread.
graceinplace:

my sister makes the best spinach artichoke dip, so i had to share it for superbowl sunday. it’s super easy and absolutely to die for.

1-2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 package frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 package cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste

mix ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for the top.
bake at 350 until heated throughly.
serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
