I am missing the south right now. My mom and sister are visiting my alma mater this weekend and it’s making me a little nostalgic. I kind of miss the “southern hospitality” and I am really missing the food! Namely, I miss dining at The Homeplace Restaurant. It’s a charming little restaurant in an old farm house that serves southern staples family style. It’s pretty well hidden so it’s only known to locals and students. It’s our little secret and a delicious one at that! I haven’t eaten there in two years so a trip there is long overdue. Hopefully come winter break I’ll be able to make my way back there.

The bf’s costume for Halloween. I forget what he was, but I guess he was someone awesome from a guy movie that I never saw.
The internet problems continue! I think they found out we have a router and blocked it! Sad times!!! :(
Having to switch to the old internet is like using internet in the 90s. It’s so slow and there are only certain places in the house that it works. I am hoping this will sort itself out.
After 30 hours without internet… it’s back up and running again!
